Sex and intimacy are not just about the physical act—they’re about how each partner feels seen, desired, safe, and connected. This workbook is designed to help both partners better understand what they personally need for intimacy to feel inviting, satisfying, and emotionally safe. This is not a critique session—it’s a connection session.

2. Set aside time to share your answers calmly and respectfully.

3. Use the Couples Conversation Template to guide your talk.

- Privacy/time without interruption

·       6. What makes sex feel like a chore? What makes it feel like a gift?

💬 Couples Conversation Template

Start with this:

“I want to know you better—not just what you do, but what you feel when it comes to intimacy. I want us to be more in sync, and I know that means learning how to love each other with intention—not assumption.”

1. What stood out to you about your own answers?

2. What surprised or impacted you from hearing your partner's answers?

3. Where do you both align naturally?

4. Where is there a difference that needs grace and intentional compromise?
