Through communication breakthroughs, emotional safety, conflict resolution, and intimacy restoration, we guide couples from surviving to thriving. Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Booking Policy- All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Once you select a time, that session becomes unavailable to others. If you fail to show up and did not reschedule at least 24 hours before your session, the full session amount will be charged to the card on file. No exceptions. To secure your session- A valid card must be kept on file. The website will collect your deposit when you book. It may say the rest is due in person. Please disregard that. The remaining balance will be invoiced on the day of your session and must be paid before the session begins. If it is not paid by your session start time, your card on file will be manually charged for the full amount. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy- Reschedules or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your session start time. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in: Lost deposit $50 cancellation fee We allow a 10 minute grace period before the session is cancelled as a "no show" Last-Minute Cancellations and No-Shows- If you cancel or do not show up within one hour of your scheduled session start time, the full session fee will be charged to the card on file. This is to honor the time we’ve reserved specifically for you. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to this process.
