Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Booking Policy- All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Once you select a time, that session becomes unavailable to others. If you fail to show up and did not reschedule at least 24 hours before your session, the session will be forfeited No exceptions. This package is non-refundable. Missed, unused, or incomplete sessions within that time frame will be forfeited. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy- Reschedules or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your session start time. We allow a 10 minute grace period before the session is cancelled as a "no show" We appreciate your understanding and commitment to this process. If you have any questions or need support, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Thank you for investing in your growth and healing! REMINDER: 24-Hour Booking Rule- Your session must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. If you no-show or cancel inside that 24-hour window without notice, the full session will be forfeited. This is to honor our time and keep availability open for other clients.
