Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Booking Policy- All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Once you select a time, that session becomes unavailable to others. If you fail to show up and did not reschedule at least 24 hours before your session, the full session amount will be charged to the card on file. No exceptions. To secure your session- A valid card must be kept on file. The website will collect your deposit when you book. It may say the rest is due in person. Please disregard that. The remaining balance will be be charged immediately prior to session using the card on file. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy- Reschedules or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your session start time. We allow a 10 minute grace period before the session is cancelled as a "no show" We appreciate your understanding and commitment to this process. If you have any questions or need support, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Thank you for investing in your growth and healing! If you no-show or cancel inside that 24-hour window without notice, the full session fee will be charged to your card. This is to honor our time and keep availability open for other clients.
