Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy – Paid in Full When you choose to pay in full for coaching services, please note the following policy: No Deposits – No Refunds Your full payment secures your coaching package and allows us to reserve your sessions. Because there is no deposit structure, all payments made in full are non-refundable. Commitment to the Process Coaching is a collaborative journey. By paying in full, you are committing to showing up, doing the work, and fully engaging in the process. Rescheduling & Session Use Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. If you miss a session, that session is considered forfeited. Why No Refunds? Your payment not only holds your spot but also reflects the time, preparation, and resources we dedicate to your coaching experience.
