This 50-minute individual coaching session is designed for clients who need same-day availability or after-hours support. Whether you're navigating a sudden conflict, feeling emotionally overwhelmed, or need a late-night check-in, Coach Bear offers a safe, direct, and faith-rooted space to help you reset and move forward. Session Includes: 50-minute private coaching session Scheduled same-day (if available) or during after-hours: 8PM–10PM CST(but the sight won't show availability) so please send a message first, and I can confirm the open window for you) Focused support for clarity, peace, and next steps Faith-centered guidance with honest, actionable insight Please Note: Same-day and evening sessions are limited and available on a first come, first served basis Payment is due at booking; sessions are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled Designed for individuals needing timely coaching
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy – Same Day / After Hours Sessions (8PM–10PM CST) To protect your time, Coach Bear’s availability, and the integrity of the coaching process, please review the following policy before booking: Session Type & Duration Each session is 50 minutes long. These sessions are for individual coaching only. For couples sessions, please book through the appropriate service. Availability Sessions are available same day (if scheduling permits) or during after hours from 8PM–10PM CST. Same-day appointments must be booked at least 2 hours in advance and are subject to Coach Bear’s availability. Payment & Confirmation Full payment is required at the time of booking. Sessions are confirmed only after payment is processed. You will receive a confirmation email with session details once your booking is complete. Refund & Reschedule Policy No refunds will be issued for missed, canceled, or unused sessions. No reschedules are permitted for these same-day or after-hours sessions due to their limited availability and time-sensitive nature. Late Arrival Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the session will be forfeited without refund.
